    This review is for *one visit only*, as A&W Scenic Drive normally has consistently nice, friendly service is pretty much a given ... until this weekend.

    We walked in about 7 am on Friday morning, happy to be there, because we appreciate the friendly staff, nice renovations, and good A&W fare. We were met by Stephanie who made it explicitly clear that she was already angry about something. She avoided eye contact and kept sighing and asking me to repeat myself. When she whipped around to grab our juice mugs, she dropped them all on the floor, smashing one of them. She went to grab a broom to clean up the glass and proceeded to fill the two that she picked up off the floor without saying a word, nor replacing them with clean mugs.

    This store normally does an excellent job of choosing kind and friendly people ... this one doesn't meet their usual standard and after several encounters has made it clear that she hates her job and doesn't care who knows it, nor that her passive-aggressive rudeness is offensive.

    Came here to have something to eat and was treated poorly! They brought our stuff out to the table and forgot my burger so I went back to the counter and told them I'm missing mine but then stood there for 10 mins waiting for it and still not replaced yet other people in line got theirs on time! Then my boyfriend came to ask for a manager and when she came over and he told him where's her burger the manager did absolutely nothing and then when he questioned her yet again about why I didn't get it right away she stood there and couldn't answer him about it. So he said I'm not mad at you I'm mad at the fact that she asked for her burger you forgot and how come your not getting it for her when she came to tell you it wasn't on the tray when everything else was brought out and she still stood there dumb founded! So all in all piss poor management for not taking care of it on the spot and piss poor management for not tapping staffs tails to make sure customers are served properly and promptly! Manager was off in her own little dream world and not focused on her job! Not the way you run staff at all!
